Body:

The monoblock body is fabricated using 2.0mm galvanised steel and includes an integrated rain hood/sunshield and plinth. Flat face sealing surfaces are incorporated to maximise seal life. A 3mm aluminium split gland plate is installed at the base for cable access. Construction includes full seam welding to ensure high mechanical integrity.

Base:

The plinth is 150mm high, fabricated from 2.0mm galvanised steel, providing structural support and cable access flexibility.

Doors:

Constructed from 2.0mm galvanised steel, the door provides recessed mounting to deter vandalism and unauthorised access. It incorporates concealed removable hinges with captive pins and is designed for a 110° opening angle. Heavy duty door stays are fitted as standard.

19″ Data Rack Rails:

Front and rear 19” data rack rails are constructed from 1.5mm galvanised steel sheet for strength and compliance with EIA-310-D standards.
