Stainless Steel Pushbutton Enclosures from IP Enclosures are engineered for harsh industrial environments and precision-manufactured in Italy using high-grade 304 and 316L stainless steel. Available in both flat-roof and sloped-roof configurations, the enclosures come pre-drilled with 22.5 mm or 30.5 mm holes in a variety of configurations including 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, or 8 holes. The brushed surface finish (0.4 µm Ra) ensures a clean appearance and excellent corrosion resistance, making them ideal for use in mining, infrastructure, and other outdoor control applications.

These enclosures deliver superior ingress protection with certified ratings up to IP66, IP67, and IP69K. The flat-roof models feature a monoblock body with concealed nutserts for mounting, while the sloped-roof versions include external mounting flanges designed for rugged applications. All models meet international standards including IEC/EN/AS 60529, UL508A, CE, RoHS, and UKCA.

A key design feature is the integrated high-performance silicone gasket, resistant to chemicals, solvents, and hydrocarbons.
